What we wish for you? A winter holiday you can look forward to carefree. To ensure that you can continue to plan your holiday at Das Rivus riskfree, we have adapted our cancellation terms.



We guarantee you the security of being able to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival if there is a travel warning or a state quarantine order for returning travellers, if you are Covid-19 positive, if the Corona traffic light in the Zell am See district is set to red or if skiing is not possible due to Covid-19.

Otherwise, our regular cancellation terms apply:

  • up to 28 days prior to scheduled arrival - FREE cancellation!
  • 27 to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival - 70% cancellation fee 
  • 13 to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival - 90 % cancellation fee
  • from 6 days prior to scheduled arrival, in case of early departure or no-show, as well as in case of booking changes we charge 100 % of the package price. 

Cancellations and rebookings are only valid in writing.

  • On day of arrival you can check in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please inform us beforehand, if you will be arriving later in the evening. Unfortunately, we can't confirm a specific room number or floor.
  • On day of departure we ask you to liberate your room /apartment until 10 am.
  • To avoid cancellation fees, we strongly advise you to contract a travel cancellation insurance in case illness or any other unforseen events should intervene your stay.
  • You can contract the policy with the European Travel Insurance here.
  • You can pay in cash.
  • We accept debit cards.
  • Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
  • The booking becomes binding after the receipt of your deposit payment of 30 % of the total amount to our bank account within 7 days of reservation.

  • With receipt of your deposit, you accept our terms and conditions as outlined above.
  • Best price guaranteed when you book directly with us via email, phone or via our website.
  • We guarantee you won't find a better offer for one of our rooms or apartments with a third party. Should this be the case, however, we will certainly correct our price and you will receive a mall surprise on top.
  • No hidden fees. Often online booking platforms and travel agencies charge you additional fees - we don't have this at all.
  • Personal consulting service and flexibility for your individual requests.
  • Book your desired apartment or room if available. Should the desired unit not be available, please contact us directly.
  • Children's discount only for direct bookings: Children aged 0 - 2 stay for free (valid only in the apartments).
  • Weekly intermediate cleaning of your apartment including fresh towels. The Penthouse and the Apartment Spielberg have daily housekeeping service. Of course, you can always order additional cleanings and laundry services for a small fee.
  • Highestmost goodwill in case of cancellation. We will do our best to rerent your accommodation.
