In contrast to our rooms and suites, our apartments are fully equipped holiday apartments with modern kitchen and living and dining area. Thanks to their spaciousness the apartments are also ideal for groups of 3 or more.

On day of arrival you can check in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please inform us beforehand, if you will be arriving later in the evening. On day of departure we ask you to liberate your accommodation until 10 am.

Our year-round heated outdoor pool with indoor access is open to all children and adults from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the summer months and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the winter season. In summer, an additional heated pool is also available to our guests all day.

High-speed WIFI is available free of charge in all our apartments, rooms and suites. You will receive the password for access at reception.

Especially for babies and small children DAS RIVUS offers the following extras and features upon request: Baby cots, changing table, nappy bucket, high chair, buggy, kettle, bottle warmer as well as baby bathrobes. Moreover, individual babysitting by agreement is available for a fee of € 20.00 per hour.

Dogs are welcome on request and by prior arrangement in selected accommodations (max. one dog per accommodation). The daily rate without food is € 28.00 in the apartments & 
€ 35.00 in the rooms and suites. We have a comfortable sleeping pillow and dog towels available for your friend. We would like to inform you in advance that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, in certain rooms and suites as well as in the pool/garden. We reserve the right to bill you for possible additional cleaning expenses.

We provide one parking spot on our private parking lot per accommodation for our guests. Guests of the Bronze, Silver and Gold Suite receive a parking spot in our underground garage. Subject to availability our guests of the Gold Rooms as well as the Panorama Apartment also receive an underground parking spot.

We also offer 3 charging stations for electric cars.

Your car is welcome to take a break during your vacation with us. Thanks to the ideal location of our hotel right at the entrance to the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area and the well-known Bikepark Leogang, you can confidently do without your car. The bus and cable car in Leogang and Saalfelden will take you to your destination in an uncomplicated and relaxed manner. Guests arriving by environmentally friendly train will be picked up free of charge from Leogang train station according to availability. 

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• up to 28 days before arrival - free cancellation possible!
• 27 to 14 days before arrival - 70% cancellation fee
• 13 to 7 days before arrival - 90% cancellation fee
• from 6 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, in case of early departure or no-show as well as in case of booking changes we charge 100 % of the package price.

We kindly ask you to transfer the remaining amount with your booking number at the latest 28 days before arrival.

Please immediately inform us by email, should you not be able to uphold your booking with us. For a cancellation our terms and conditions are valid.
