Until when can I cancel free of charge?

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • up to 28 days before arrival - free cancellation possible! 
  • 27 to 14 days before arrival - 70% cancellation fee
  • 13 to 7 days before arrival - 90% cancellation fee
  • from 6 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, in case of early departure or no-show as well as in case of booking changes we charge 100 % of the package price.

We kindly ask you to transfer the remaining amount with your booking number at the latest 28 days before arrival.

I have to cancel my holiday at DAS RIVUS, now what?

Please immediately inform us by email, should you not be able to uphold your booking with us. For a cancellation our terms and conditions are valid, which you can find here.

Which advantages do I have when I book directly with your hotel?

To direct bookers we can not only offer the best rates and offers for a holiday in Leogang. There is also a variety of other advantages that come along. More info here.

What's the difference between apartments and rooms / suites?

In contrast to our rooms and suites, our apartments are fully equipped holiday apartments with modern kitchen and living and dining area. Thanks to their spaciousness the apartments are also ideal for groups of 3 or more.

Can I also book breakfast or half board as an apartment guest?

One of many advantages at DAS RIVUS is that you can mix and match your holiday individually. Of course, our apartment guests can also enjoy our breakfast or half board. You can find more information here.

Are baby cots available?

Especially for babies and small children DAS RIVUS offers the following extras and features upon request: Buggy, baby cots, changing table, nappy bucket, bed guard, baby bathrobes as well as high chairs. Moreover, individual babysitting by agreement is available for a fee of € 20.00 per hour.

Can I bring my dog along?

Upon request dogs are welcome in selected apartments, not, however, in the rooms and suites. Maximum one dog per unit. We reserve the right to bill you for possible additional cleaning expenses. The daily rate without food is € 28,00. We also provide a comfortable sleeping cushion, food bowls as well as dog towels. 

What are the check in and check out hours?

On day of arrival you can check in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please inform us beforehand, if you will be arriving later in the evening. We can't confirm a specific apartment number or floor. On day of departure we ask you to liberate your apartment until 10 am.

Where can I park?

We provide one parking spot on our private parking lot per accommodation for our guests. Guests of the Bronze, Silver and Gold Suite receive a parking spot in our underground garage. Subject to availability our guests of the Gold Rooms as well as the Panorama Apartment also receive an underground parking spot.

We also provide charging stations for electric cars.

Is the use of the SPA included?

For our guests the use the SPA is certainly included. Moreover, the year-round heated outdoor pool is ready for a swim both summer and winter. The pool is open to all ages.

Is there WIFI?

Highspeed WIFI is available for free in all our apartments and rooms / suites. You will receive the access code onsite.
