We recommend opting in for the travel insurance "Europäische Reiseversicherung" right as you book your holiday.
- The booking becomes binding after the receipt of your deposit payment of 30 % of the total amount to our bank account within 7 days of reservation.

- With receipt of your deposit, you accept our terms and conditions as outlined above.
- We kindly ask you to transfer the remaining amount indicating your booking number up until 10 days prior to arrival.
- On day of arrival you can check in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please inform us beforehand, if you will be arriving later in the evening.
- We can't confirm a specific room number or floor.
- Convenient online check-in is possible and recommended before arrival.
- On day of departure we ask you to liberate your room / apartment by 10.00 am.
The following terms apply:
- up to 28 days before arrival - free cancellation possible!
- 27 to 14 days before arrival - 70% cancellation fee
- 13 to 7 days before arrival - 90% cancellation fee
- from 6 days before arrival, in case of early departure or no-show, as well as in case of booking changes we charge 100 % of the arrangement price.
Cancellations and rebookings are only valid in writing.
- To avoid cancellation fees, we strongly advise you to contract a travel cancellation insurance in case illness or any other unforseen events should intervene your stay.
- You can contract the policy with the European Travel Insurance here.
- The best price is guaranteed when you book directly with us via email, phone or through our website.
- We guarantee you won't find a better offer for one of our rooms or apartments with a third party. Should this be the case, however, we will certainly correct our price.
- Personal consulting service and flexibility for your individual requests.
- Children's discounts only apply to direct bookings. Children aged 0 - 2 stay for free.
- Weekly intermediate cleaning of your apartment including fresh towels. The Penthouse and the Family Suite have daily maid service.
Of course, you can always order additional cleanings for a small fee.
